Welcome to the Carousel Cove Homeowners Association website. This website has been designed to provide homeowners with current information regarding Carousel Cove. Member involvement and support are essential to effective community administration, and we encourage all residents to participate regularly in Association activities.

For those who are not full-time residents, this website serves as a valuable resource to help you stay informed while you are away. Suggestions for improving the website are always welcome.

The Carousel Cove Homeowners Association consists of 106 residential homes. Its purpose is to represent the community by promoting continuity, organization, and effective governance for homeowners. In fulfilling this role, the Association complies with all applicable governmental laws and regulations.

The Association strives to uphold the values and character of the community while protecting neighborhood property values. Enforcement of the Association's governing documents and bylaws is the responsibility of the Board of Directors. The Board is also responsible for overseeing the Association's budget and providing financial monitoring and reporting to its members.

 IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the homeowner's responsibility to submit an application to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) before making any exterior changes to a home or landscape. This includes, but is not limited to, roof replacements, exterior painting, additions or attachments to the home, and driveway modifications.
