Meeting Information

•  Board meetings will be held as needed. An Annual Meeting of the Members shall be held each calendar year during the first quarter, at a date, time, and place designated by the Board of Directors, for the purpose of electing directors and conducting any other business properly brought before the members. Notice of meetings will be provided in accordance with CCHOA governing documents and Florida law. The Board reserves the right to reschedule meetings as necessary. 
• Notice of all upcoming meetings will be mailed to all community members and posted on the community website under Community Notifications. Meeting notices will also be posted on the Carousel Cove bulletin board. Each notice will include the date, time, location, and meeting agenda, as approved by the Board of Directors. 
• Your Board of Directors has been elected by the community and is responsible for representing the interests of all residents. As a community member, you are encouraged to attend meetings and provide input to the Board. Matters affecting the community as a whole, such as lawn service concerns, should be directed to the property manager.
